Stressed out from work and/or the challenges of everyday life?? Then please join us on May 23rd from 7-9 pm for this unique MEDITATIVE ART WORKSHOP.

In this session, you will enjoy a 30 minute relaxation session taught by Hannah Tran, a trained Yoga and Meditation specialist. From there we will move into a fluid art session where you can choose all the colors you desire to express yourself on a 16x20 canvas.

Art provides a feeling of flow and freedom. Similarly to meditation, art can help us tap into a deeper and more quiet part of ourselves. We enter into a state of flow and present-moment awareness. Art helps us become steady and centered.

This will be a evening focused on peace, tranquility and restoration.
