Stressed out from work and/or the challenges of everyday life?? Join us on June 14th from 7-9:00 pm for a Yoga, Wine & Art Night.
In this session, Hannah Tran, a local Yoga and Meditation specialist will take you through an amazing session.
From there we will move into a fluid art session where you can choose all the colors you desire to express yourself on a 16x20 canvas.
Art provides a feeling of flow and freedom. Similarly to meditation, art can help us tap into a deeper and more quiet part of ourselves. We enter into a state of flow and present-moment awareness. Art helps us become steady and centered.
This will be a evening focused on peace, tranquility and restoration.
This session is two hour session is $45.00
