In this session, Hannah Tran (a local Yoga and Meditation specialist) will take you through an amazing session. You DO NOT need any Yoga or Art experience to have an awesome experience in this session.
Art provides a feeling of flow and freedom. Similarly to meditation, art can help us tap into a deeper and more quiet part of ourselves. We enter into a state of flow and present-moment awareness. Art helps us become steady and centered.
This will be a evening focused on peace, tranquility and restoration.
